(DC) Purpose of meeting was to find solutions for rising costs in medical care and education, but some members show displeasure for Ford administration's economy policies. [GREENSPAN - says %-wise, Wall Street brokers hurt worst by inflation.] Admin. says to reduce inflation quickly, Mid. E. oil prices must be reduced. United States veiled threat to use food as political weapon against Arabs wouldn't work; reasons given.
