(Studio) President Ford says Soviet party leader Leonid Brezhnev to come to Washington, DC summit mtg. next year Ford makes announcement after meeting with Soviet foreign minister Andrei Gromyko.

(DC) Ford and Gromyko discuss thorny trade bill held up by amendment allowing Soviet Jews to emigrate from USSR before favored-nation status bestowed on Sovs. Later Secretary of State Henry Kissinger meets with Gromyko to discuss strategic arms limitations.
