(Studio) Econ. summit begins tomorrow. Ford meets with economy advisers.

(DC) Ford studying tax cuts for low income groups in fight against inflation. Several ideas under consideration, however. Press Secretary Ronald Nessen says tax cut would be made up elsewhere in economy; President remains opposed to wage, price controls, but possibility of guidelines not out of question. Rumors say Treasury Secretary William Simon about to become new admin. chief spokesperson for economic policy and William Seidman, executive director of economy summit, may take on duties as economy coordinator inside administration
