(Studio) Nixon's transition staff listed. Head of GSA, Arthur Sampson, and director of budget, Roy Ash, defend original request of transitional money. Perhaps taxpayers can't afford Sampson and Ash anymore; perhaps Nixon could put them on his staff in San Clemente, California.
