(Cleveland, Ohio) Rosa Snowden on welfare since Apr. when husband left. She wants to get off welfare and keeps children on high protein foods. Food stamps give extra $90 month Children shown eating. [SNOWDEN - explains foods she buys. They get less now due to prices. Food gives out last week in each month] Will get job as nurse's aide next year
