(Studio) Britain and France step up pressure on United States to allow landing of SST Concorde at New York City Kennedy International Airport; petitions to United States ambassador in Paris and speech in House of Commons in London noted. British Prime Min. James Callaghan flies to Washington, DC in Concorde Thursday to talk with Carter. Vote by New York City agency controlling airport postponed, to give British and French technicians chance to present new noise abatement techniques.
