(NYC) Passengers of Overseas National Airways jet were all workers en rte. to Saudi Arabia to work on charter flights for pilgrimage to Mecca. [New York fire chief John O'HAGAN - describes incident.] Some police and firemen hurt. Sea gulls sucked into engine may have started fire.
