(Studio) Defense attorney John Virga asks that charges against Lynette Fromme be dropped or mistrial declared. Defense says information favorable to defense withheld by prosecution.

(Sacramento, California) Judge Thomas MacBride ordered prosecution to give all information to defense that might exculpate Fromme. [VIRGA - found out that witness heard Fromme say that the gun wasn't loaded anyway.] Virga contends Fromme pointed gun at Ford as act of protest. MacBride postpones trial until Wednesday to decide issue.
