(Studio) Syria to extend United Nations buffer force mandate in Golan Hgts.

(NYC) Secretary of State Henry Kissinger confers at United Nations with Secretary General Kurt Waldheim, who is leaving for Mideast. With United States ambassador Dan. Moynihan present, they talked of prospects of keeping United Nations force on Hgts. [KISSINGER - speaks of Syrian decision with regard to buffer.] Arab sources say Syria agrees to extend mandate.
