(Studio) Comment on report with regard to government influence on wages and prices.

(DC) Brookings Institution publishes 1975 report on economy activity. Says government can do little to affect prices and wages. Govt. wages stay same no matter what economy is like. 1 of 5 Americans on rigid government payroll. It keeps private payrolls rigid too. Lower production means higher prices. Govt. so big that economy laws repealed.
