(Studio) Report on winner of Kentucky lieutenant governor post.

(Louisville, Kentucky) Lieutenant Governor-elect, Thelma Stovall, is 20 year veteran of Kentucky pols. Her political career noted. She supports ERA. Kentucky legislature endorsed ERA const. amendment; now mores to rescind. [STOVALL - says things that are said about ERA are things that were said about women voting. ERA gives woman right to be citizen.] She and husband receive congratulatory calls.
