(Studio) General Francisco Franco operated on to halt internal bleeding. 1000's Moroccan civilians made new crossing into Spanish Sahara. 1st group still inside Sahara; haven't moved since Thursday Spain and Morocco negotiate.

(Spanish Sahara) If Moroccans aren't satisfied with ceremonial crossing, Spanish soldiers will 1st talk to them, then move up artillery and lastly, use force. Mine area marked but many Moroccans won't be able to read signs. Soldiers say they must defense their frontier.
