(Studio) Oil rich cntrys. buying so many things in West Germany that purchases are clogging warehouses and railroad yards. West German Railway will no longer accept shipments for Mid. East; problem involves glut of Arab purchases and difficulties of shipping them across half dozen borders.

(W. Germany) Many long-distance trucking companies refuse Arabs' business. Border formalities delay whole trainloads of goods in West Germany; East Germany and Poland dragging their feet on giving border clearance. If problems continue, Arabs may just buy German railroad system.
