(DC) On United States evacuation ship from Danang, South Vietnam soldiers used United States weapons to forcibly take over ship; horror stories still coming to light following action. In losing Danang, South Vietnam soldiers to be blamed. More American aid to South Vietnam couldn't possibly help situation.
