(Chicago, Illinois) Mrs. Carter is honorary chairperson of President's Commission on Mental Health; assisted by chairperson, Dr. Thomas Bryant, she seeks views of other commission members Later-press asks Mrs. Carter about feelings with regard to President's energy conservation measures. [Rosalynn CARTER - will cooperate, though she can't be as warm as she'd like in winter. Talks about mental health programs.] Later Mrs. Carter visits Northwestern Institute of Psychology.
