(Studio) Dr. Eugene Balthazar retired 3 years ago in Aurora, Illinois, and opened free med. clinic; one patient charges him with malpractice.

(Aurora, Illinois) Dr. Balthazar recs. contributions and uses own money to run clinic. Patient treated for cancerous growth charges results were cosmetically unsatisfactorily and is suing Dr. Balthazar and another surgeon. [Dr. BALTHAZAR - says he hasn't lost faith in humanity because of isolated incident.] [Longtime PATIENTS - react negatively to malpractice suit.]
