(No location given) Students protest raising of rent in Soweto; details of police-student clash noted. Journalists are allowed today, for 1st time, to tour Robben Island prison camp, 1 of most secure in world, which holds 307 prisoners, all black. Govt. says tour allowed to dispel accusations of prisoner mistreatment and torture. Report on prison camp given.
