(Studio) British and French take matter of Concorde New York City landing to federal judge.
REPORTER: Harry Reasoner
(NYC) Court hearing with regard to right of Port Authority to deny British Airways and Air France permission to land at Kennedy International Arguments of both sides cited. Comments of Judge Milton pollack noted; judge indicates he'll rule for Concorde, but it's not certain. If he rules against Concorde, British and French threaten retaliatory refusal to United States planes to land in their airports in summer tourist season.
