(Studio) 13 killed and 70 hurt when bomb goes off in Jerusalem.

(Jerusalem) Bomb goes off in busy shopping district. Palestine Liberation Org. (PLO) claims responsibility. PLO (Palestine Liberation Organization) leader Yasir Arafat had threatened intensified sabotage against Israel. 300 Arabs questioned. Some Israelis attack Arabs. Barricades set up to prevent retaliation by Jewish youths.
