(DC) Auto, home insurance said more costly than necessary. Group policies for such insurance outlawed in 34 states. [Insurance expert Dean SHARP - says ins companies get laws passed to protect sales procedures.] Auto, home and health ins. costs compared. [Ins. agents association Armando CASTELLINI - fears less service under group contracts.] Congress may have to decide issue.
