(DC) Sadat wants United States arms sales because he no longer buys from USSR . Reporter advocates sale, citing advantages of selling to both sides in dispute. Cases of Jordan-Israel and India-Pakistan war in 1960's given as ex. Egypt 1st went to USSR because John Foster Dulles turned down arms sale request from Gamal Abdel Nasser.
