(Studio) Secretary of State Henry Kissinger meets with Israeli leaders and Egyptian leaders Premier Yitzhak Rabin says new agreement incls. pledge from Egypt not to use or threaten force against Israel.

(Alexandria, Egypt) Kissinger flies from Jerusalem by copter. Kissinger feels most Israelis will see agreement in best long-term interests of Israel. Meets with president Anwar Sadat. [KISSINGER - says gap much narrower this time.] Kissinger hopes for Sadat's approval of formula that will set up 6 early warning systems in Sinai. Manning of each system described. Admin. to ask for Congress approval of Americans at monitoring posts.
