(Aberdeen, Scotland) North Sea winds disturb golf game. Big fishing port here. Oil being taken out of North Sea. Rigs cost $100 million or more each Pipeline building delayed. British gleeful. [Energy minister Anthony WEDGWOOD BENN - says Britain shall be self-sufficient in oil. More important than moon shot.] Oil won't stop unemployment or inflation. Oil will keep country from going bankrupt.
