(Milwaukee, WI) Crowds small and enthusiastic. Ford meets with newspaper execs. and television interviewers. [FORD - hopes for more employment and to get inflation down. Unfair to say he has disregard for unemployed.] Press Secretary Ron Nessen says there will be plenty of new ideas in state of union address.
