(Studio) Jury decides that ex-Governor James Rhodes and 28 other defendants not liable for 1970 Kent State shootings. 4 killed and 9 wounded in incident.

(Cleveland, Ohio) 13 verdicts in favor of defendants. Plaintiffs disapptd. 1 told juror: don't blame you; blame rotten system. Film shows 1970 event. [Plaintiff ATTORNEY - says Supreme Court decision that no man is above law didn't happen here.] Judge Don Young tells jury they deserved gratitude of all American people.
