(Studio) President Ford tells group of newspaper editors that situation in Angola better. He doesn't think USSR will continue intervention there. Ford speaks of Angola in public speech.

(Saint Louis, Missouri) Ford speaks to American Farm Bureau Federation. [FORD - favors cease-fire and end to outside intervention in Angola and permitting solution to problem by Angolans. Working closely with African ntns. to bring this about.] Ford tells farmers that withholding American grain from USSR wouldn't be part of diplomatic wrangling with regard to Angola.
