(Studio) NFL (National Football League) sues Delaware with regard to state professional football lottery.

(Wilmington, DE) Lottery isn't going well for state; many people ignoring it; details noted. Lottery procedure noted. 1 who uses lottery is Edith O'Connor; one Sunday Edith picked Pittsburgh (Pennsylvania) Steelers over New England Patriots but isn't sure which is which. [Edith O'CONNOR - comments on teams.] [GRANDSON - tells her she's talking of wrong team.] O'Connor was 1st big winner. Many bettors say payoffs too small. [MAN - cites own example that payoffs too small.] [2nd MAN - says he bets with bookie, doesn't get good enough odds with state.] NFL (National Football League) lawsuit and future of lottery noted.
