(Studio) Amphetamines may be taken off market Many doctors say they're useless as diet pills. Senate committee holding hearings on issue.

(The Capitol) Drug Enforcement Admin. says misuse of diet pills caused by doctors prescribing amphetamines loosely. [Official of FDA (Food and Drug Administration) Dr. J. Richard CROUT - says diet pills for obesity might be outlawed or all amphetamines could be removed.]
