(Studio) Reporter Roy Neal has found scientist who predicts earth tremors. On Friday, scientist predicted small quake in California on Monday and it happened.
REPORTER: John Chancellor

(Los Angeles, California) [Geophysicist, Henry MINTURN - explains how he predicts earthquakes.] Asks for prediction of next earthquake. [MINTURN - predicts quake slightly south of Mexico on or about November 29; followed by quake in island areas north of Australia around December 7. Next quake likely in south California.] So far, this year Minturn claims to have successfully predicted every major earthquake worldwide.
