(Palatka, Florida) Report on controversy over Cross Florida Barge Canal to go from Yankeetown on Gulf of Mexico, past Ocala, to Jacksonville on Atlantic Ocean. Construction stopped in 1971 by President Nixon; Thursday, state cabinet meets in Tallahassee to decide fate of canal.
