(Cairo, Egypt) [Egyptian president, Anwar SADAT - states country can reach peace now. Gives definition of peace. Wants Israelis to withdraw from all occupied territory. Sadat will give any guarantee they want. Middle East settlement should mean creation of Palestinian state. Sadat says in mtg. with King Hussein of Jordan he stated relations between Hussein and new state should be decided between Jordan and PLO.]
