(DC) House Intelligence Committee proposes: end to news agencies or religious or educational insts. involvement in spy work; prohibits any FBI director from serving more than 2 president terms and bans military from spying on civilians. People eventually turned against too much exposure of CIA activities. Release of names of CIA agents, one of whom was murdered in Greece cited as reason public opinion changed. Senate Intelligence Committee to wind up soon, too.
