(Concord, Massachusetts) Convict Carl Velleca, runs for seat on town board of selectmen. [VELLECA - quotes from Bible about prisoners who teach people.] In Massachusetts, prisoners retain political rights. Election representatives register 300 convicts for April 26 election. [VELLECA - talks of low number of town pop. that voted in last election. Says he has drive, determination and imagination.] Voters will always know where to find Velleca.
