(Studio) American representatives say Premier Takeo Miki to get letter from President Ford promising access to government information with regard to Lockheed payoffs.

(Tokyo, Japan) Govt. nearly at standstill because of issue. Opposition ptys. demonstrate. Prosecutors question chief Japan-Lockheed go-between, Yoshio Kodama. Charges of income tax evasion to he filed against him. Other busmen. will be charged with violating currency regulations. Normal business halted at Diet; full disclosure demanded or Miki government resignations. Public would be satisfied if top public representatives identified. Public frustrated because United States government won t release names unless formal charges made.
