(Texas Cnty., OK) Farmer Jim Draper lost 70% wheat crop due to drought. High winds make situation worse. [Farmer Virgil CRAIG - says mo rain since August Wheat can't stay in ground due to drought and high winds.] [DRAPER - says will continue farming if bankers stay with him.] Bankers may reassess loan policy.
