REPORTER: Chuck Scarborough
(San Francisco, California) Prosecution psychiatric expert, Dr. Joel Fort, conts. to say Hearst was willing bank robber. Bailey lost try to introduction comments about Fort by his superior doctors 20 years ago in Berkeley. Berkeley hospital shown. Judge Oliver Carter denies Bailey's request. Bailey concedes that case could go either way.
