(DC) Court considers order by Lincoln Cnty., Nebraska, judge restraining press from rpting. open court matter. Attorney for news orgs., Barrett Prettyman, says subjecting press to prior restraint is taking 1 of greatest liberties away. Chief Justice Warren Burger asks about alts. Prettyman delineate alts. Nebraska assistant attorney general Harold Mosher says judges should have power to restrain news orgs. Const. guarantees both free press and fair trial.
