(Studio) Grover Albert Walker who claims to be ex-Hughes associate, files 3rd purported will of Howard R. Hughes. Sole beneficiary is Joseph Michael Brown or Richard Hughes, who claims to be Hughes' son. Brown shown on October 10, 1974, NBC "Tomorrow" -show. [BROWN - tells of being taken to Hughes who told him he was his father.] There's Arizona bench warrant out for Brown on fraud charge. Summa Corporation knows of no 1 named Walker who worked for Hughes.
