(DC) President Ford and wife greet President Giscard and wife. Welcoming ceremonies noted. 2 president met for 2 hrs. in Oval Office. Ford to host state dinner tonight. Giscard to host dinner at French embassy Tuesday night where attention will be focused on Michigan primary.
