(Stockholm, Sweden) Kissinger rejects Sweden's contention that United States should pay Vietnam war damages to Hanoi. [KISSINGER - says grave mistakes made in Vietnam but Americans believed other people's freedom depended on war. Vietnam was painful experience.] American-Swedish relations likely to continue improving.
