(Studio) Federal grand jury studies Representative Wayne Hays and Elizabeth Ray affair. He could be charged with fraud if Ray was only paid for sexual favors.

(DC) Representative Romano Mazzoli demands that Hays resign. [Representative Ron [sic] MAZZOLI - says something dramatic should be done.] [Representative Martin RUSSO - says Hays entitled to due process.] Hays left for his Ohio congress district. House Ethics Committee will decide next week on investigating Hays.
