(Studio) Voters wanting to force Philadelphia Mayor Frank Rizzo out of office say they've collected enough signatures for a recall referendum.

(Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) Campaign to recall Rizzo underway for 6 weeks [Citizens to recall Rizzo, Shelly YANOF - wants to get 200,000 signatures to make sure there will be enough signatures even after challenges.] If petition withstands, Rizzo can either resign or submit to referendum. If Rizzo turned out of office, special mayoral election to be held. Rizzo very controversial mayor. Most recent removal campaign result of Rizzo's plan to increase property tax, close Philadelphia's General Hosp., and his feud with Philadelphia newspaper.
