(Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) Guests pay $1000 each to meet Carter and have lunch. Carter expects to pay off $1.5 million campaign debt by Friday and have $400,000 for convention Fund raisers bring together political adversaries like Mayor Frank Rizzo, Pittsburgh Mayor Peter Flaherty, and ex-Senator Joseph Clark.
