(Montreal, Canada) International Olympic Committee meets at the Queen Elizabeth Hotel with regard to dispute. Taiwan delegates lobby for selves. Taiwan refuses to accept IOC compromise. American delegation split over whether United States should withdraw from Olympics. International Olympic Committee president Lord Killanin convenes International Olympic Committee meeting; still no decision.
