(Salt Lake City, UT) Mrs. Howe and 4 of 5 children with Howe in court Prosecutor Phillip Palmer summarizes case against Howe. Defense attorney Dean Mitchell pleads for innocent verdict. Mitchell says Howe will appeal. [HOWE - says he is disapptd.] [Marlene HOWE - says disapptd. but will appeal.] [HOWE - says he'll run for reelection.] Howe fined $150.
