Won't attend Republican convention or support Reagan and Schweiker.] [Representative John ASHBROOK - says Reagan lost his credibility.] [REED - says Schweiker choice didn't help Reagan.] [MAN - says possibility of Ford carrying his delegation (unnamed) incrd.] Mississippi Representative Trent Lott says Reagan has "blown it." Reagan and Schweiker to campaign in E. before conv.; biggest target is Pennsylvania delegation. [Pennsylvania Ford delegate Drew LEWIS - comments on Pennsylvania delegates' reactions to Reagan choice.] Ford org. says poll shows no change in Pennsylvania. Colorado Reagan delegate quit because of Schweiker. Reporter says its too early to judge Reagan's Schweiker strategy.
