(Studio) Ex-Gulf Oil lobbyist, Claude Wild Junior, found not guilty of illegally giving $5000 to campaign of Senator Dan. Inouye. Judge says prosecutor didn't make his case.

(DC) Judge Joseph Waddy rules it couldn't be proved Wild was guilty. Wild admitted making illegal payment but claimed 3 year statute of limitations had run out. [WILD - feels great. Doesn't like to "fink out" on anybody. May write book or lecture. Tells reporter he'll call him when he's ready to disclose all to whom he made illegal payments.] Wild says he never gave funds to anyone now running for president or Vice President
