(Studio) Report on snowstorm which hit northe. in parts of New York, New Jersey and New England. (Film shown.) Meanwhile, in south California, Los Angeles Dodgers baseball game has been rained out 2 days in row in record-breaking rain. It's done little to ease water shortage; only light rain fell in north California and fields around Auburn may be completely without water this summer. Larry Boswell has been charged with water theft, 1st case since gold rush days.
