(Studio) Ford goes to Monticello to speak to 106 persons taking oath of allegiance to become United States citizens.

(Charlottesville, Virginia) [Supt. Court Justice Lewis POWELL - admins. oath.] Reporter notes statistics with regard to new citizens, and highlights of Ford's speech. [FORD - endorses individuality as counterbalance to the sameness of totalitarian society.] This is final Ford Bicentennial tribute. After visit of Queen Elizabeth II later this week he can return to pols. and campaigning.
