(Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) Queen and Prince Philip sail from Bermuda on royal yacht Britannia. Governor Milton Shapp and Mayor Frank Rizzo greet royal couple. Queen related to both King George III and George Washington. She visits old Liberty Bell and presents United States with new bell, made at same foundry. [Queen ELIZABETH - notes why Britain lost American colonies.] Bell rung.
